VoltPlug Hub Return Policy

At VoltPlug Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a straightforward, hassle-free return process for customers in the United States.

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

You may return most items purchased directly from VoltPlug Hub within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

· The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and components included.
· The return must be initiated within the 30-day window.
· Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

· Digital products, software, or downloadable items
· Personalized, custom-made, or engraved products
· Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
· Opened software, consumables, or products with tamper-evident seals that have been broken

2. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your VoltPlug Hub account and visit the Returns Center.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
3. Print your prepaid return shipping label (where applicable) and packing slip.
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories, and attach the return label.
5. Drop off your package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location, depending on the carrier provided.

If you checked out as a guest, please contact our Support Team at support@voltplughub.com with your order number to initiate a return.

3. Return Shipping

· For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage during shipping): We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
· For returns due to change of mind or no longer needed: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless you selected a shipping protection option at checkout. A $8.99 restocking fee may apply.
· We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your drop-off receipt until your refund is processed.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

Processing Time:

· Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
· Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5–10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Method:

· Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
· Gift cards and store credit purchases are refunded as store credit.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

1. Return the original item following the steps above.
2. Once your return is approved, place a new order on our website.

This ensures you receive your replacement item as quickly as possible.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Photo or video documentation of the issue is helpful for our review.

7. Return Without a Receipt

If you are unable to provide your order number or proof of purchase, we may offer store credit for the item’s current selling price, subject to approval and verification.

8. International Returns

Please note: VoltPlug Hub currently ships and accepts returns only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to or accept returns from APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after we’ve notified you of approval:

1. Check your bank account or card statement again.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank—refunds often take additional time to post.
3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@voltplughub.com.

10. Restocking Fee

A $8.99 restocking fee applies to returns not due to our error (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong item). This fee is deducted from your refund total. No restocking fee applies for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

11. Final Sale Items

Some products are marked “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes clearance items, open-box products, and specially discounted merchandise.

This Return Policy applies only to purchases made directly through the VoltPlug Hub website. Purchases through authorized third-party retailers are subject to the respective retailer’s return policy.
