Shipping Policy Guidelines for a Smooth Shopping Experience

At VoltPlug Hub, we believe your shopping experience isn’t complete until your order arrives safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we deliver your purchases across the United States.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states within the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to:
· Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
· APO/FPO/DPO addresses
· International destinations
· U.S. territories
2. Processing Time
· Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day.
· Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
· During promotional periods or holidays, processing may take 1–2 additional business days (you will be notified via email if delays occur).
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Free Standard Shipping
· Cost: FREE on all orders
· Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after shipment
· Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selected based on destination)
Expedited Shipping
· Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination
· Delivery Time: 2 business days after shipment
· Carrier: UPS 2-Day or FedEx 2Day®
Overnight Shipping
· Cost: Calculated at checkout
· Delivery Time: 1 business day after shipment (order must be placed before 2:00 PM EST)
· Carrier: FedEx Priority Overnight® or UPS Next Day Air®
· Note: Not available for all locations or products
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
· Your tracking number
· Carrier information
· Estimated delivery date
· A direct link to track your package
You can also track your order by:
1. Logging into your VoltPlug Hub account
2. Clicking "Order History"
3. Selecting your order to view tracking details
5. Shipping Costs
· All orders qualify for FREE standard shipping with no minimum purchase required.
· Expedited and overnight shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
· Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the shipment is due to our error.
6. Delivery & Receipt
· Packages require a signature for orders over $250. You will receive notification from the carrier with signature options.
· If you're not available, the carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling.
· It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
· Incorrect/insufficient address
· Failure to claim at carrier location
· Multiple failed delivery attempts
We will:
1. Contact you to verify address details
2. Offer to reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply)
3. Process a refund for the merchandise (minus original shipping costs if applicable)
8. Delayed or Lost Packages
· Carrier Delays: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and other factors may cause delays beyond our control.
· Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days or the estimated delivery date has passed by 3 business days:
1. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
2. If unresolved, email us at support@voltplughub.com with your order number
We will work with the carrier to locate your package or initiate a claim if necessary.
9. Shipping Protection (Recommended)
During checkout, you can add Route Shipping Protection for:
· Lost package replacement
· Damage protection
· Theft protection after delivery
This optional service ensures you're covered if anything happens to your package in transit. Claims are filed directly through Route.
10. Multiple Item Orders
· Items may ship from different warehouses or ship separately if they have different availability dates.
· You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
· No additional shipping charges apply when items ship separately.
11. International Shipping
Currently unavailable. We only ship within the contiguous United States.
12. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During holidays and peak seasons (November–December):
· Order processing may take 1–2 additional business days
· Carrier delivery times may be extended
· We will post updated shipping deadlines on our website and in checkout
· We recommend ordering early and selecting expedited shipping for time-sensitive gifts

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
